Wheelchair accessible sights

Wheelchair accessible sights

People with physical disabilities and people who require a wheelchair, walker or stroller often find themselves facing barriers impossible to overcome when visiting sights. We made an effort to complete a list of accessible sights in the central Jagst valley.

The following sights in the central Jagst valley are handicapped accessible:

Langenburg:

  • Church Bächlingen (wide entry at ground level)
  • Ark Bridge Unterregenbach

Mulfingen:

  • Manor House Buchenbach: The manor house in Buchenbach is of limited accessibility. It has a side entrance at ground level, an elevator as well as a wheelchair accessible washroom. However the exhibition room in the cellar is only accessibly via stairs.
  • Ailringen cementary
  • Bernard’s chapel Ailringen
  • Wheelchair accessible washroom in the community centre in Ailringen
  • Lourdes’ grotto in Zaisenhausen (level entrance)
